Use a soothing cream after your hair removal treatments, something like calendula cream. Also make sure you cleanse the area well after hair removal. To remove excess wax use oil and to remove creams use warm water. It is possible you are having an allergic reaction to these products, so if after appropriate cleansing and about 6 hours you still have the rash I would discontinue use. The hair follicle is irritated in the removal of hair so it is normal to have a rash directly after and for up to 6 hours.
I am the same and have now swapped to an electric razor. I have no rashes admittedly I am not quite as smooth but my skin looks better and it doesn't irritate me anymore.
I get a rash so bad from shaving that it wakes me up at night.Now I use the Igia hair removal buffer,,and no rash
