I need advice as to whether waxing pubic hair is by any ways unhealthy for the skin??

I have been shaving my pubic hair for the past 10 years atleast. n the growth is so thick if i don shave for a day, it grows so thick, its like neeedles. so,I ve decided to try waxing finally .I jus wanna know, if it is in anyway unhealthy to wax pubic hair coz it is a very sensitive area, like does it irritate the skin or leave blisters or in anyway irritate the skin. Any advise is much appreciated. thanksI need advice as to whether waxing pubic hair is by any ways unhealthy for the skin??
yea ignore them...waxing is fine...the person doing it (should be a professional) will know what to wax and what not to wax....even if you do get tears (rare), all you have to do is treat it like a cut....I need advice as to whether waxing pubic hair is by any ways unhealthy for the skin??
You may get infected as waxing can sometimes break the skin. Also as pubic hairs are so thick and wiry, you may find you get ingrowing hairs if you wax which are very painful and difficult to get out. There is the same danger when epilating, or shaving the opposite direction to the direction the hairs grow in. Also one of my friends tried waxing herself, and she did something wrong and the wax didn't come off, it stayed on there for weeks. So that could be a danger if you don't do it properly.

I would recommend just shaving in the same direction as the hairs grow in (downwards) as there is least damage this way and it'll still remove the hair.

Also remember that waxing only works if the hair is long. So you'll have to let the hair grow for ages until it's back to its natural length before you attempt to wax. Otherwise it will do nothing!
Waxing is much better than shaving because waxing pulls hair off by the roots and hair bulbs causing hair to grow back thinner, finer, sparser, weaker, lighter and shorter.

Always apply unscented oil absorbing white talc powder to soft labias so that wax strips stick to hair and powder not skin.

Use axulene oil after wax care moistened wipes that came inside the wax strips boxes and use Parissa azulene oil after care treatment spray for ten days straight after each shower to further increase the process of permanent body hair loss.

I get a wax every month and my hair grows back so fine and sparse now. I would definatley recommend it. As long as your exfoliate and use a moisture cream, it doesn't have any effect or damage on your skin.

It is a very effective form of heair removal, far better than shaving. I think that irritates your skin more.
O MY GOD, I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLI ONE WHO HAD THICK NEEDLE LIKE PUBIC HAIR, IF I SHAVE IN THE MORNING, BY THE NITE TIME, HAIR IS ALREADY GROWN AND THERE'S CERTAIN AREAS, LIKE AT THE TOP OF MY VAGINA THAT IS VERY SENSITIVE TO THE RAZOR THAT I CAN'T EVEN SHAVE IT ALL OFF, BUT FROM WHAT I HEARD, WAXING ISN'T GOOD FOR YOUR SKIN BECAUSE IT DOES GET IRRITATED AND CAUSES A LOT OF PAIN, EVEN THO I HEARD THIS, I STILL WANT TO GO FOR A BRAZILLIAN WAX BECAUSE IT LASTS FOR LIKE A MONTH OF NO HAIR, AND TO ME THAT SOUNDS GREAT:)
As I always say the hair it there for a reason, you can get tiny tears in the skin when waxing that can get infected.
no its just a bit bumpy after gettin waxed! let me warn you its painful but only lasts for a few mins and no hair for a whole 3-4 weeks and its more hygienic to shaving!
I wanna wax, but i am too scared. I hate shaving and I hate having pubic hair yuk, its so annoying :(
