what you should do is tweeze them out . waxing does not remove ingrown hair . so before you wax get the tweezers and remove them . this is the only way , also it stops infections too .I get inner-hair growth even after waxing my legs. %26amp; have to wait until they grow out of my skin to wax again.
Exfoliate. Try using a loofah everytime you bathe/shower to keep dead skin cells off. That's what causes ingrown hairs. Good luck!
