Questions with waxing/laser hair removal for legs?

I am 16 year old girl, blonde, and pale. but i have a very very unfortunate inheritance of my mother legs. After shaving, my hair grows back black (looks very disgusting on my white legs) and prickly within less than a day.

I want to try waxing or laser hair removal (i know laser removal is more expensive) but i honestly need to get rid of this hair. it has gotten to the point that it is physically painful.

the problem is, laser hair removal is wayyy to expensive. but my mom said she has already tried waxing and her hair grew back in a week. plus, i also inherited her extremely sensitive legs (as in i get rashes from lotions and whatnot).

Any tips? any ideas? please? i need to do something about this.Questions with waxing/laser hair removal for legs?
Well you could try hair removal cream, but you could develop a rash from it, as you said you have sensitive skin.

I don't think you should try laser hair removal, because my friend paid so much money, and it didn't do anything for her.

I used to have really hairy legs, and my mother was a beautician and she says to always wax your legs, so it doesn't grow back thick and rough, and it prevents you from getting those little in-grown hairs you get when shaving.

So after the first few times of waxing, my hair grew back the same, but you have to give it time, and soon enough you will notice much less grows back if you keep waxing regularly.

Good luck (:
